USAGE TIPS

On clean, dry skin, apply PAOMA Facial Massage Cream – or your favorite product – to facilitate the glide of the Facial Gua Sha. Then, for 2 to 5 minutes, perform the following movements with the Facial Gua Sha for optimal results:

Neck : Perform upward movements to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
Face : work from the center outwards following the natural contours (cheekbones, jaw, forehead), with light pressure.
Delicate areas : gently use the corners of the Gua Sha around the eyes and lips.

Repeat each movement 5 to 10 times.

For increased efficiency:

Place the Gua Sha in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use to tone the face, stimulate blood circulation and reduce puffiness.
Warm the Gua Sha with warm water before use to relax facial muscles and relieve tension.
